Caring loving staff. The best PT / OT /SLP staff ! Your family is our family!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My residents have come back with nothing but amazing things to say about their experience at Garden City! They especially loved working with Nicole, who made the entire process so smooth and welcoming—from check-in and check-out to getting settled in and answering all of the many questions they had along the way. Nicole has been incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. She takes the time to answer every question with such a warm heart and genuinely caring attitude. It’s clear that she truly cares about making people feel comfortable, supported, and taken care of. Having residents return and share such positive feedback says a lot about the experience Garden City provides. Thank you, Nicole, for going above and beyond and making their stay such a wonderful one!

Great place to have a loved one cared for. Staff is great the Cnas are wonderful and very pleasant Admissions was very kind and made me want to bring my family member here over all the experience was good clean and proper care definitely a good place

This place is going to be looking at a lawsuit pretty soon. Staff is non attentive but aggressive when they are present. Dont be fooled by the nice photographs of the place. Nothing but problems. If you care for your loved ones find a better spot.

Beautifully renovated facility with an attentive and caring nursing staff, high energy activities department, and a phenomenal rehab team.

Only posting one star because I have to the nurse was good. But omg my mom was sent here after femur fracture for physical therapy. She was only there 1 hour when I got there I walked in like nothing no security then I get to her room and I hear from my brother who had cleaned her bathroom that the toilet seat had urine all over..then my mom tells me she wanted needed to use the restroom but was given a walker and told where the bathroom was to go ahead and use it..she is not able to walk period.. Then I look up to see a dirty vent above her bed, room is dirty, people are walking thru to go smoke outside even the closets were nasty looking. I checked my mom out immediately. Staff did try to remedy the situation but there’s nothing they can do to remedy it for me after I heard about a dirty bathroom, and saw people walking in and out of her well what was supposed to be her personal space aka room. they really need to work on privacy and cleanliness for their residents!

Place is a total dump. Nothing like what is advertised on their webpage. My grandmother went there after hip surgery. She came home before the night was over. She asked for help to use the bathroom and they gave her a walker and pointed her to the bathroom. People were passing through her room to go smoke outside. If you love your people who require rehab, do not send them her. It’s a where hope comes to die

Very unpleasant place to have loved ones. This place is way understaffed and the employees cannot keep up with the work. Management should do an analysis of the work load and make changes.

This facility was amazing! The staff was very kind to my family and the facility was very clean. The rehab was also very good and my grandparents enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I meet that is looking for one.

Garden City Is an amazing place I have to say the staff is amazing, I’d like to point out admissions was wonderful to deal with very professional and pleasant… I was very pleased with the activities department as well. The facility was clean and well put together and the residents seemed happy and tooken care of thank you
