Place is a total dump. Nothing like what is advertised on their webpage. My grandmother went there after hip surgery. She came home before the night was over. She asked for help to use the bathroom and they gave her a walker and pointed her to the bathroom. People were passing through her room to go smoke outside. If you love your people who require rehab, do not send them her. It’s a where hope comes to die

Very unpleasant place to have loved ones. This place is way understaffed and the employees cannot keep up with the work. Management should do an analysis of the work load and make changes.

This facility was amazing! The staff was very kind to my family and the facility was very clean. The rehab was also very good and my grandparents enjoyed their stay. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone I meet that is looking for one.

Has a way different feel from the other facilities here in Modesto. Very clean and the rehab team does a great job! I would recommend.

Garden City Is an amazing place I have to say the staff is amazing, I’d like to point out admissions was wonderful to deal with very professional and pleasant… I was very pleased with the activities department as well.
